Orders and pricing
Prices, sizes and availability are shown on the menu and can change. An order is confirmed only once we reply by text or email.
Applicable Chicago sales tax is added at checkout. Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated.
Pickup and fulfillment
Fruit ice is a frozen product. Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window; orders left more than 30 minutes past the window may not be remade.
Local delivery is available within a 1-mile radius of our pickup location and is quoted separately at checkout. Event drop-off is quoted separately by our events team.
Allergies and food safety
Our fruit ice is dairy-free by default; optional drizzles and toppings may contain dairy, nuts or gluten and are prepared in a shared kitchen. Tell us about allergies in your order notes.
SMS Messaging Terms
Recipients who explicitly opt in may receive transactional and operational SMS messages from Drip Fruit Ice.
Messages may include new-order alerts, order status updates, and other order-related notifications.
Message frequency varies based on order and account activity.
