If something isn't right, tell us the same day and we'll make it right.

Cups and party packs

Report an issue with a pickup order within 24 hours and we'll remake it or refund the item. Because fruit ice melts, we cannot accept returned product.

Merch

Unworn merch with tags can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of pickup. Custom or personalized items are final sale.

Event deposits

Event deposits hold your date and staffing. Refunds follow the cancellation policy windows; outside those windows the deposit converts to a credit valid for 12 months.

How refunds are issued

Refunds return to the original payment method. Processing can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
