Cancellation policy
Plans change. Here's how much notice we need so nothing goes to waste.

Pickup orders
Cancel or change a pickup order at no cost up to 4 hours before your window. Inside 4 hours the order may already be prepped and is non-refundable.
Catering and party packs
Cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled drop-off for a full refund. Within 72 hours, 50% of the order total is retained for product already sourced.
Staffed events
Cancel 14 or more days out for a full deposit refund. Between 13 and 7 days, the deposit converts to a credit. Inside 7 days the deposit is retained to cover staffing and product.
Weather and rescheduling
Outdoor events affected by severe weather can be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability. We'll always work with you on a new date first.
No-shows
Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the window close, or events where our team cannot access the site at the agreed time, are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable.
