Event booking terms
Everything that goes into a confirmed Drip Fruit Ice event, from deposit to breakdown.

Booking and deposit
A signed quote and a deposit confirm your date. Until both are received, dates are held informally and can be released to another client.
The remaining balance is due on or before event day unless invoiced terms are agreed in writing.
Minimums and duration
Staffed service starts at 50 guests with a two-hour minimum. Additional hours, servers and flavors are quoted per event.
Travel and setup
Service inside Chicago includes standard travel; outside the city a travel fee applies based on distance. We need roughly a 10x10 flat space, shade for outdoor summer events and access to the site 60 minutes before service.
Power, permits and venue rules
Some setups require a standard 110V outlet. Venue-required permits, insurance certificates or vendor fees are the client's responsibility unless quoted; we'll provide documentation the venue requests.
Changes and guest counts
Final guest count is due 7 days out. Increases are accommodated when possible; decreases inside 7 days do not reduce the quoted total.
Adult service (21+)
Liquor toppers at private events require client-supplied alcohol and ID checks at the point of service, consistent with venue and Illinois rules.
